Viktor Vekselberg will acquaint Petersburg with Skolkovo

On September 28th, in LenExpo (hall 7.1), from 13:30 to 16:00 hrs, Skolkovo Foundation will hold a roundtable discussion "Skolkovo is the site for innovative development of the regions" within the framework of the Petersburg International Innovation Forum and sign number of agreements.

Since Skolkovo continues to be a metropolitan project and regional innovative business is slow to become a Foundation partner, the round table objective is not only presentation of the Regional Skolkovo project, goals and tasks of the innovation centre to the St. Petersburg entrepreneurs but also elaboration of collaborative mechanisms at cluster level.

The meeting moderators will be Head of St. Petersburg Governor Administration, Vice-Governor Mikhail Eduardovich Oseyevsky and Skolkovo Foundation President Viktor Feliksovich Vekselberg.

The lead speakers will be:

Ekaterina Vladimirovna Dyachenko – executive director of energy-efficient technology cluster of Skolkovo innovation center;

Andrei Ivanovich Rudskoi – RAS corresponding member, D.Ing., professor, president of St. Petersburg State University of Technology;

Alexander Iosifovich Turkot – executive director of information technology cluster of Skolkovo innovation center;

Alexander Gennadyevich Egorov – general director, member of Reksoft company board of directors;

Denis Aleksandrovich Kovalevich – executive director of nuclear technology cluster of Skolkovo innovation center;

Anatoly Ivanovich Petrov – deputy general director for innovative technologies and production of FGUP "NPO Radium Institute n.a. V.G. Khlopin".

Foundation management, cluster directors, Skolkovo residents and chief executives, representatives of various

St.-Petersburg innovative companies will engage in the discussion.

In the course of the round table meeting there will be signing ceremony of St. Petersburg Government and Skolkovo Foundation agreement on co-operation in creating conditions for extension of researches, developments and commercialization of research activity outcomes and interaction in the field of educational program implementation. The signatories will be Skolkovo Foundation president V.F. Vekselberg and St. Petersburg Governor G.S. Poltavchenko.

Also, within the framework of the event, they will sign a Declaration of Russian Entrepreneurial University Association Foundation.

The Declaration will be signed by:
