User Agreement

Before using materials, published in this Internet-site, please read attentively the conditions of its usage (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions") below. Opening and using Internet-sites of the managing company, realizing the project of creating and ensuring operation of "Skolkovo" innovation centre, as well as associated companies of this managing company (hereinafter referred to as "Foundation"), namely sk.ru and sk.ru, including all materials, blogs, forums, accounts, etc., contained in it. (hereinafter referred to as “Internet-sites”), you confirm that you act in your own name or in the name of a legal person, possess relevant powers and confirm your consent or consent of the legal person represented by you to observe the Conditions below. If you do not agree with these Conditions, do not use the above Internet-sites, do not copy or publish in them any materials. This User Agreement may be amended by Foundation without notice, and a new revision of this Agreement shall take effect when posted online at the web address http://sk.ru/foundation/user_agreement/. The continuation of use of the Internet-sites by the User after changes and/or additions are made to these Terms will mean the User’s agreement with and acceptance of such changes and/or additions.

Personal data

The User’s personal data are processed in accordance with Russian legislation. Foundation processes the User’s personal data with the purpose of providing services for the User, checking, examining and analyzing such data in order to maintain and improve the Internet-sites services and sections as well as to develop new Internet-sites services and sections. Foundation takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. Foundation makes the User’s personal data available only to those employees, contractors and agents of Foundation which need this information to ensure Internet-sites operation.

Accounts, passwords, data protection

In case of creating an account for access to materials of Internet-sites or publishing materials in them, you, acting in your name or in the name of a legal person, agree that your account (and/or its identifier) in the corresponding Internet-site will be accepted by the Foundation as your electronic signature in case of publishing or copying material through using such account. You bear full responsibility for any and all actions, taken through your account in the corresponding Internet-site.

You bear full responsibility for confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to immediately inform the Foundation in writing in case of any unauthorized use of your account or any security problems with it. Conditions of use: The Foundation will not be responsible for any losses incurred through using you account by another person without or with your knowledge. You can be held liable for damage incurred to the Foundation or a third person through use of your account by somebody else. You do not have a right to use somebody else's account without written permission of its owner.

Conditions of use

Internet-sites and for the sake of clarity all materials, protected by copyright, published in them, can be used by you within the limits provided for by Russian legislation. Publishing any materials in Internet-sites, you agree that they may be used by any persons within the limits provided for by the Russian legislation. Internet-sites do not contain a permission to use them, except for the cases of free use in compliance with the Russian legislation, unless otherwise directly provided in respect of certain materials by the Foundation or by you, it these materials were published by you. You agree that you will not use Internet-sites for any purposes, which are illegal or forbidden by these Conditions. In particular, but not limited to, you are forbidden to:

1. Upload and publish at, spread via Internet-sites, E-mail, transfer or make available any information, spreading of which is limited or forbidden in the Russian Federation, in particular, spread malicious programs and use via Internet-sites the results of intellectual activity and equivalent means of individualizing legal persons, products, works, services and enterprises, that have legal protection according to Russian law (intellectual property), without consent of their copyright holders.
2. Use Internet-sites for persecution, harassment or infliction of harm to other persons.
3. Collect, block, modify, destroy information of Internet-sites in the absence of relevant authorities, illegally access such information.
4. Disseminate inaccurate and/or unfair advertising, or any advertising without prior consent of subscriber or destinee for its receipt, commit offences against advertising legislation.
5. Use Internet-sites in a way may result in damage, shutdown, overload or causing harm to computer hardware and/or software, required for Internet-site operation.
6. Commit any other violations of applicable legislation.

Herewith you agree that the Foundation has a right to delete information from Internet-sites or limit access to it, if this information or actions with it break bans set by these Conditions, including deleting without inquiry from copyright holder or any third person.

Warranties

Accuracy and completeness of information. The Foundation does not guarantee authenticity, accuracy or completeness of information, PC software, texts, images, links, associated rights objects or other components, contained in Internet-sites, if they are not signed by electronic signature of responsible officer of the Foundation.

Changes and updates. The Foundation reserves the right to change or delete provisionally or definitely Internet-sites or any of their parts with a previous notice or without it. The Foundation may at any time and without previous notice make changes in Internet-sites. The Foundation undertakes no obligations concerning updating Internet-sites.

Remarks concerning content

Translation to other languages. In the cases when the Foundation presented the English translation of these Conditions, you agree that the translation is provided only for convenience of reading it and provided that the Russian version of these Conditions will be used to regulate relations between you and the Foundation. In case of any differences between the Russian version of the Conditions and its translation the Russian version shall have the priority.

Third persons data. Internet-sites may contain information published by third persons by using relevant accounts. In regard to such information the Foundation renders only services of transferring information provided by third persons, without changing or correcting it, or services of storing information and providing access to it, and the Foundation is not informed and cannot be informed about unlawfulness to spread such information.

Information published by you in Internet-sites. Unless otherwise provided for by written agreement between you and the Foundation, publishing any information by you in Internet-sites does not grant you the right for any remuneration from the Foundation. The Foundation does not guarantee placement or usage of any information sent by you in Internet-sites. Unless otherwise provided for by written agreement between you and the Foundation, any materials, information, messages, transferred, placed, published by you in the Internet-sites, will not be considered confidential or protected by any proprietary rights.

Links to other materials or sites

The foundation does not control Internet-sites, links to which are set in Internet-sites, and may not be held liable for the content of such Internet-sites, as well as for the links set in them.
