Customs and Finance Company

The Skolkovo Innovation Center Customs Finance Company (TFK Skolkovo) was set up in July 2011. On 26 August 2011 the company was included in the Russian Federation Register of Customs Representatives. The company provides customs representative services to entities supporting the functioning of the Skolkovo Innovation Center.

The company's services

The company:

• implements customs operations connected with the declaration and transfer of goods imported by entities taking part in implementing the Skolkovo project for the purpose of using these goods in the construction, fitting and technical equipping of properties on the site of the Skolkovo Centre, and also for carrying out research work at the Centre
• assists in processing documents required by the customs authorities
• provides transport and dispatcher services
• provides consultancy and legal assistance on issues concerning foreign economic activity
• provides other support services.

For partners

Cooperation with TFK Skolkovo gives entitlement to receive benefits regarding customs payments. These are applied to goods, apart from those subject to excise, which are imported for use in the construction, fitting and technical equipping of properties on the site of the Skolkovo Сentre, and also for carrying out research work at the Centre. TFK Skolkovo also carries out customs operations concerning the declaration of such goods and pays the import customs tax and value added tax with regard to these goods on behalf of, and on the instruction of, entities taking part in implementing the Skolkovo project.
