On September 16th and 17th, 2011, Skolkovo Foundation will effect arrangements within the 10th INTERNATIONAL INNOVATION FORUM "SOCHI-2011".
September 16th
At 04:00 p.m. Ekaterina Dyachenko acting executive director of Skolkovo Foundation energy-efficient technology cluster will address the round table meeting "Energy Efficiency" (pavilion No. 14, hall 3).
September 17th
From 08:00 to 10:00 a.m. in Limpopo restaurant (Zhemchuzhina Hotel swimming pool area) they will arrange a presentation of the magazine about Skolkovo and urban environment i+U for Forum guests and media representatives.
From 10:00 to 12:00 a.m. they will hold a panel discussion "Russia – Europe: Strategy, Dialog, Investments" assisted by Skolkovo Foundation President Viktor Vekselberg.
From 01:00 to 03:00 p.m. they will hold a panel discussion "Skolkovo – a 4D city: ergonomics, economy, environmental friendliness, energy efficiency".

– executive director of biological and medical technologies cluster Igor Goryanin, cluster deputy executive director Roman Bolgarin and cluster director Andrei Komolov will take part in round table meeting "Pharma-market. On the threshold of boom" (10:00–12:00 a.m., Zhemchuzhina Hotel, Pod Lyustroy hall);
– head of investment department Alexander Pupachev will take part in round table meeting "Entrepreneurship development in the context of positive government support" (10:00–12:00 a.m., "Marins Park Hotel", Panorama hall).
At 03:30 p.m. they will arrange an official ceremony of cooperation agreement signing between Skolkovo Foundation and National agency for low-rise and cottage construction (NAMIKS) (pavilion No. 10 "Riviera", Chess Salon of A.Dvorkovich).
The agreement will be signed by:
– Viktor Maslakov – Vice-President – City Manager of Skolkovo Innovation Centre;
– Elena Nikolaeva – President of NAMIKS.
