On September 28-29, 2011, Skolkovo Foundation will effect arrangements within the Petersburg International Innovation Forum.
September 28th
At 9:30 a.m. they will sign a Declaration on foundation of Russian Entrepreneurial University Association (forum press-centre).
The following persons will put their signatures:
1. Oleg Borisovich Alexeyev – vice-president, chief managing director for education and researches in Skolkovo Foundation.
2. Vladimir Nikolayevich Vasilyev – president of St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechnics and Optics.
3. Nikolai Nikolayevich Kudryavtsev – president of Moscow Physics and Technology Institute.
4. Anatoly Nikolayevich Petrovsky – vice president of National Research Nuclear University of MIFI (Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute).

At 04:00 p.m. they will hold a round table meeting "What good will do the "triple spiral" model for innovative development of Russia?" (Hall 7.1)
