Preparation od biocompatible nano-scaled carrier for biologically active substances and drugs delivery, which consists of new amphiphilic polymers and can be used for targeted delivery to organs and tissues and also has high bio-active substance capacity, stabilizes vio-active substances during storage, allows transfer through physiological barriers and provides prolonged release of bio-active substances on organism and decreased side toxicity of thr whole system
