Summary: Outdoor electronic public bulletin board with e-paper display which allows to post and store private, commercial and municipal messages interactively by means of graphical ID (QR-code) of the board and bulletins itself scanned by the camera embedded in user's smartphone or other mobile gadget.

Detailed Technology Description: 

TO POST a notice or advertisement the user should simply scan the QR-code of the nearest interactive bulletin board, download and install special mobile app, create and design attractive poster using available templates and then send a request for posting to the system. After moderation the poster is being published on chosen interactive bulletin board including an automatically generated unique QR-code or declined, the user receives a corresponding notification. Registration in the system is required for other options. If needed the user could use the following options: posting of a notice on several bulletin boards simultaniously (various districts fo the city, along some road, close to the subway station etc.); the size, place ona display, terms and schedules; color and individual design; integration with web sites and social networks; download notifications. Additional features and analytics services significantly increasing monetization capabilities are availble for commercial and municipal system users and owners.

TO DOWNLOAD a poster the user should scan its' QR-code by the camera of a smartphone using special mobile application - content and contacts are automatically being stored in the smartphone and synchronised with his web acccount. If the mobile appis not installed yet the user will receive the offer to download it and register an account. The scanned QR-code will guide to a website of this poster in the Internet. For optional payment the user can get extended contacts, subscription for special subjects or categories.

In some versions the display may be made of one or several connected matrices based on e-paper technology (multicolor or monochrome), LCD, plasma displays, LED screens, projection screens etc. Depends on placement and environment condtions the interactive electronic bulletin board may have vandal-resistant, or cold-resistant or water-/dustproof housing; various geometric shape and curvature of the screen; backlight; touchscreen display; iBeacon for interactive communication with mobile gadgets of users located close to the bulletinboard; 3D-sensor for face recognition for targeted ads demonstration; web-camera and microphone for communication with dispatcher or emergency service call; termoprinter for poster printing; various interfaces of wired and wireless communications; accumulators and solar batteries; sensors and other external and internal equipment. The device may be used for indoor or outdoor installation. inside the public transport cabin, at the в салоне общественного транспорта, on supports or hangers, on the walls of buildings, as well as be a part of architecture, a building or a structure.

Application description (abstract): 

The technical solution described above relates to the electronic devices for processing, transferring and displaying of information, including electronic public bulletin boards with external communication channel developed for private or municapal notices and commercial ads posting and demonstration. The developed control method consist in reception of a request from a user for posting a message, determination of poster options and location on a display depending on described request and then displaying the approved poster with individual QR-code on the bulletin board display. The user receives a notification regarding the poster publication or rejection status. The technical result of the invented solution is improvement of notices/ads distribution, extention of the application field and usability improvement.
