Main business activities
  • Manufacture of spacecraft, satellite systems and complexes for satellite communications, television broadcasting, data-relaying, geodesy, navigation, traffic control and distress monitoring as well as for scientific missions;
  • Design and manufacture of satellite subsystems (AOCS, thermal control, electrical power supply, antenna-feeder systems), onboard instruments, devices and assemblies;
  • A complete satellite manufacturing cycle; individual design and testing of separate satellite elements and assemblies, including the provision of computer-aided design and engineering services (CAD/CAM/CAE like Euclid, Catia, AutoCad, etc.);
  • Manufacture and deployment of ground control segments, automated control systems for satellite subsystems and orbital constellations as well as associated software and hardware (including control posts and ground control stations), teleport facilities consisting of several fixed and mobile earth stations, command and measurement systems and telecontrol systems;
  • Pilot and series production; delivery; ground support for satellites, satellite platforms, onboard subsystems and their elements including pre-launch preparations at launch sites.

R&D centre


  • The Reshetnev Company establishes a separate legal entity for basic research in Skolkovo;
  • At the initial stages the Basic Research Centre will be located at ISS-Reshetnev's facilities in Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, and in 2014 it will be transferred to Skolkovo;
  • In 2015 the centre’s headcount will reach 40 – 50 researchers;
  • The Research Centre in Skolkovo will conduct basic research into the following main areas:
    • Design and development of space data transfer systems based on small satellites;
    • Design and development of basic unified onboard electronic devices;
    • Development of the technology for creating ultra-light, temperature-stable antenna reflectors.
