Expertise Department

The Skolkovo Foundation’s Expertise Department is a subdivision of the Managing Company and is authorized to examine project documentation and engineering surveys undertaken for the preparation of project documentation, and check cost estimates of large-scale construction projects as well as the financing of building or reconstruction work that is scheduled to take place on the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center.

The Skolkovo Foundation’s Expertise Department conducts its activity strictly within the boundaries of its allocated authority and exclusively within its own area of responsibility.

The aims of the Skolkovo Foundation’s Expertise Department is to facilitate the activity of urban development within the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center within the framework of the general tasks of the Department and according to the Rules of the project regarding the examination of the results of engineering surveys and project documentation.
